    Class Description: This class is Yang (energizing) in nature, building heat to strengthen the body and promote good circulation. Incorporates an active flow of asanas (poses) from lying, sitting, kneeling, and standing to balancing postures. Taking the body through its full range of motion.

    We are the Osgoode Village Community Association, your non-profit volunteer-based organization devoted to making Osgoode Village an exceptional place to live!

    OVCA’s AGM is being held upstairs at the Stuart Holmes Arena at 7:00 pm on Thursday February 15, 2017. This is an open invitation to absolutely anyone who would like to attend! RSVP is not necessary

    OVCA is responsible for beautification in the village, events such as Canada Day and Christmas in the Village, the proposed BMX/skatepark and much more!
